Test Preparation Literacy and numeracy (LND)
Government of Punjab announced to continue the LND test of the class three.Much rumors are there that class one and class two will also be included.But its not reality
So Government check the class performance via LND test.so don’t be nervous.i will share some tips with you how to overcome the problems faced in class.As discussed earlier teacher performance is related with this test.
I will tell you some solution of the problems in my view.so if any problem you have comment to my post
First of all we shall discuss problems in class then solution along with tips for preparation
CLASS ROOM STUDENT STRENGTH
The major problem of teachers is class students ratio. Government ask the results. Now what to do in this situation.ask head teacher to manage the part time teacher through NSB OR FTF fund for his pay.if it is managed then its well and good if not proper arrangement then don’t be silly. Dont be crazy.trust your abilities and continue your work with faith that you will be successful.Divide students in three groups.ask them to be ready for too little work.To each Group assign on subject and give them 30 mint each group will have his own subject. You need to monitor them just. After targeted time. Ask them to stop .change the group subject but the syllabus should be same as given earlier. So repeat the subject to each group and wait for time.make a competition among these groups and mark the Correct answers.so winner team should be given some prize daily or weekly.though this you will be monitor and students will learn quickly.
PERIOD SYSTEM IN RESPECTIVE CLASS 3.
In class three the one teacher is not enough.because sometime students stop learning through same methodology. They may face boring from him.they need change.if you can manage period system for class three then you are at the best.divide the burden.if there is not management of period system due to any problem.one teacher should be randomly changed in the last two period to keep students out of books.this will energize them a lot .they will feel easy to get ready for next day.
RESERVED TEACHER FOR WEEKLY PERIODS.
One teacher of the school should be assigned special duty to visit class three without telling them that he is there to teach them. He should just visit and stay there.he should make some little test oral verbal/written. In that case he should observe the demerits of class only and psychology of the students.through LND test can be up-to mark.
FAILD STUDENTS UP GRADATION
When you face such students who got failure in class two but promoted due to any reason.they are the serious problem creator of the class in that case make special activies in class like quiz test. Teach them to recognize some words. dont tell them to write but stay cool and calm.what ever you taught them tell them to search those some words in books.this will help them to speed up their learning level..

How to COVER PICTURE RECOLONIZATION
JUST GIVE THEM BOOKLET AND STAY AWAY JUST OBSERVE THEM.you need to keep remain their eyes on Pictures they will enhance their observing power.then you make groups and make,in groups they will learn in better way
Watch time
Tell students that there are two rays in the watch,small shows the hour while bigger shows the minute.also tell if small ray is between the two digits then previous one will be counted hour. In this way tell them different task to draw time on the booklet .its more important to be prominent than observing.
After this ask one student come out and give him watch time.ask him to make arrangement of time hour and ask students one by one
COMPREHENSION
FOR BOTH ENGLISH AND URDU.Open the urdu book.write some questions on board then ask them to write the question answers.do not punish any student for the little or half mistake just encourage them.those dull students who are unable to write them .Tell them to about their week point in order to improve them
Multiplication.
Memorize them tables then write on board few questions and ask them to complete these.do not check copies. Ask them have you completed.then write answer on board.ask those who wrote correct ,come in right,while those those who wrote wrong come in left.make groups .each member in cross section.
