Notification of Poor Students Free Education in Private Schools of Punjab

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO(A-I)8017/2012(P-II) dated 23-11-2017 in connection with Poor Students Free Education Private Schools of Punjab. Detail is as under:

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to that the directions may be passed to all the Private School in Punjab to give free education to 10% of students, who are poor and needy including disadvantaged children under the Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2014.

I am further directed to request you to furnish the data of such children to this department at the earliest to proceed further in the matter.
